Lessons
Six ways to play
Every lesson is one student with one teacher, for 30, 45 or 60 minutes a week. Pick the sound you want; your teacher fits the rest.

A lesson
What happens in a lesson
Every lesson runs the same way, so you always know where you are.
- 01
Step 1: Warm up
Tune, stretch and play something you already know, so your hands arrive before your head does.
- 02
Step 2: New material
One idea at a time, shown, played slowly and played with you.
- 03
Step 3: A plan for the week
A short list of what to practice, written down, so you know what to do at home.
At home
What to have at home
A guitar or a bass you can reach, a tuner, a few picks and a spot where you can sit and play for ten minutes. That is all. Ask your teacher before you buy anything, and ask us whether a guitar or a bass is available to borrow.

Not sure where to start?
Book a placement visit and a teacher will help you choose a guitar, a bass and a day.
